You are eligible to return or exchange items within 21 days of receiving your order. To return your order or exchange items, the item(s) must be unused/unworn and with the original tags attached. We are unable to process returns or exchanges after 21 days of receiving your order.
Additional Information
- We offer free returns for U.S. customers.
- It may take up to 5 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed.
- We are not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
- We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments (outside of the U.S.). International customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
- Cassie’s Collection is limited edition, items in the collection are non-refundable and only eligible for exchange to a different size or a store voucher for the valued of your item.
- All sales items are non-refundable only eligible for exchange to a different size or a store voucher for the value of your item.
- All orders with a discount code more than 10% are non-refundable only eligible for exchange to a different size or a store voucher for the value of your item.
