RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

You are eligible to return or exchange items within 21 days of receiving your order. To return your order or exchange items, the item(s) must be unused/unworn and with the original tags attachedWe are unable to process returns or exchanges after 21 days of receiving your order.  

Additional information 

  • We offer free returns for U.S. customers. 
  • It may take up to 7-10 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. 
  • We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments (Outside of the U.S.)International customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

HOW DO I START A RETURN? 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@liliasactive.com and we will happily assist you with your return. 

Please note: If you ordered a matching set and would like to return only one item, you will be responsible for the full price of the item you keep, and you will be refunded the difference. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
