SHIPPING TIMES

Our goal is to always ship orders on the day that they are received; however, in times of increased volumes, this may not always be possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Please be aware that shipping timelines can vary depending on which delivery method you choose and where your order is going. Please see below for estimated* delivery times based on the destination of your order.

*Due to Covid-19, all orders received before 13:00 GMT/BST will be shipped on the same day. Any order received after 13:00 GMT/BST will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 13:00 GMT/BST will shipped on Monday.

Due to COVID-19, all orders received before 13:00 GMT/BST will be shipped on the same day. Any order received after 13:00 GMT/BST will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 13:00 GMT/BST will shipped on Monday.

Currently all your orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, therefore, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

Please Note:
Should you refuse to pay the custom duty fee and the package is returned to LiliasActive, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you do not receive your order after the estimated shipping timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery stated on your order tracking number.

How do I track my Order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order.
If you haven't received an email, don’t worry! Your order will usually take between 24 - 48 hours to be dispatched.
*Please note, tracking may take an additional 24 - 48 hours to update after dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

What is your return policy?

If you need to return your order, we’re here to make it as easy as possible! You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags still attached. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure that there are no visible signs of wear or use. Any fibers, hair, or dust found on the returned item cannot be accepted and you will not be eligible to receive a refund. You are eligible for a full refund within 45 days of receiving your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within 15 business days to the original payment method.

How do I start a return process for a full order?

To initiate a return please complete the following steps:
- Fill out the return form which can be accessed at: LiliasActive Return Form
- Print out the return form and package it together with the items that you wish to return.
- Send all items back to us using the return address on the label

Additional information

- It may take up to 15 business days for you to receive your refund after it has been processed.
- Please retain the postage information until you have received your refund.

- You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend that the return is sent via a 'tracked' method. We cannot be held liable for items that are returned damaged or are missing. Please ensure you take photos of the items that you are returning for proof of their condition, and be sure to keep the postal receipt and the tracking number for your records.

We are currently unable exchange items. We can only accept returns.
